You have selected to view the Birds slide show. The pictures in this display are mainly recent using my DSLR. A few, those from Africa, are scanned from slides taken by my SLR. I hope you will understand that for the general photographer birds pose a particular challenge. To get really good shots requires a lot of special equipment, some that is bulky and heavy. It also requires a lot of time and patience! So these shots fall into the ‘lucky shot’ category. Enjoy
